aas is proud of its involvement in two leading viticultural developments.

The Padthaway Henderson's Estate development was commenced in 1999 and is, this year, expecting its first harvest of premium quality cool-climate cabernet sauvignon grapes.

Undertaken in association with the regions leading viticultural management company, Padthaway Management Services, this development to yield 12.5 tonnes per hectare and deliver returns to investors in the order of 20% per annum ROI.

In 2002 aas will also increase the size of this project as it implements the third stage development on land acquired in the same block. Padthaway Henderson's Estate when fully developed will be a 300-hectare fully planted to a mixture of the most popular varieties for the region.
